This is a varied role which will provide support for the Internal Sales Team. The successful candidate will have good telephone skills and a keen eye for detail.
Full Training will be given.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Supporting Internal Sales Team.
- Answering telephones.
- Filing.
- Training to use the company’s CRM system.
- Learning and keeping up to date with the company’s products and service offerings.
- General office duties and assisting the team where necessary.
- Any duties/tasks as requested by your Line Manager or a Director.
Employer Expectations Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Previous experience in working with customer service, retail, call centres etc. is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of Microsoft applications.
- Good general IT skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, good written and telephone manner.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive customer focused approach.
