This is a varied role which will provide support for the Internal Sales Team. The successful candidate will have good telephone skills and a keen eye for detail. Full training will be given.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Supporting the Internal Sales Team
- Answering the telephone
- Filing
- Training to use the company’s CRM system
- Learning and keeping up to date with the company’s products and service offering.
- General office duties and assisting the team where necessary
- Any duties/tasks as requested by your line manager or a Director
Employer Expectations Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Previous experience of working in Customer Services (Retail, Call Centre etc…) is highly desirable
- Good understanding of Microsoft Applications
- Good general IT Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good written and telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Positive customer focused approach.
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Effective team worker
- Ability to work unsupervised
Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required
- Willing to take full on-going training
- A self-motivated and enthusiastic individual
- Excellent communication skills are essential
