The biggest goal at KPG is to expand our services, whilst maintaining a high level of care for all service users. Scott from Routes to Work South provided me with the opportunity engage with clients as part of a RTWS Social Care course and promote KPG. Following some interviews, two candidates were successful and were offered positions of Social Support Worker within the Young Adults team and Care Assistant within one of our care homes, Georgia Park. I am truly grateful to have been part of this programme and to promote Keane to a different, and new, audience.
