Meeting your Advisor

From day one of meeting your Advisor, you will begin to explore the different options available to you and how RTWS can support you to gain employment.

Personal Development

Confidence is key to helping you move forward. RTWS can support you to identify and build upon your existing skills and strengths.

Childcare

RTWS provide advice and guidance on available local childcare and will support you to access suitable childcare provision and financial assistance.

Future Action Planning

With the support of your Advisor, you will create a personalised action plan that will support you to access opportunities and overcome any challenges you are facing.

Money Advice

RTWS will assist you with money advice and budgeting training whilst providing access to in work benefit calculations and financial support for those in fuel crisis.

Health and Wellbeing

RTWS provide access to a wide range of health and wellbeing courses and 1-2-1 support, including stress management, coping with change, counselling and laughter yoga.

Training

A wide variety of training including courses and qualifications that are recognised and valued by employers will be available to you to support your future job goals.

Volunteering

Volunteering can also be a great way to try out different types of jobs and help you to develop skills, confidence, and provide references for future job opportunities.

Helping You Into Work

When you are ready your Advisor will provide you with the support and guidance you need to progress with activities such as career options, IT skills, CV creation, applications, and interviews.

Jobs/Further Education

RTWS will support you to find a job, further education or training course that suits your needs, personal goals and future ambitions.

Supporting You in Work

Our support doesn’t stop when you get a job. We will continue to offer you support and advice as long as you require it. We can also offer support with developing your skills in work and career progression.
