As a Wedding and Events Sales Manager you will lead your department to secure leads for Weddings and Events, tailoring their packages to make sure their special day is as perfect as they want!

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Generating & managing sales leads to optimise bookings for your venue.
- Participating in meetings with the Senior Management and wider sales team to discuss areas of focus for your venue.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team, detailing a full handover for preparation of Weddings and Events.
- Managing your schedule accordingly, to fully maximise opportunities within your venue.
- Act as point of contact for our clients and suppliers.
- Responsible for the training, mentoring and development of Wedding and Events Sales Coordinators.
- Accurately provide reports for Senior Management Team and The Support Team.
- Host show rounds for our guests, offering a world class experience, providing quotations and securing bookings for their once in a life time experience.
- Other Adhoc duties will be required from time to time also, which will be discussed to you in advance.
Employer Expectations Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- A Minimum of 2 Years Sales Experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload.
- Experience of leading a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with ResControl Systems desirable.
