Job Overview
Rutherglen based Organisation are a domestic installation equipment and appliances supplier. They are a multi-service distribution boards manufacturer and have been for more than 120 years. They are looking for a Storeman/Delivery Driver.
Hours of work will be Monday – Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Monitoring all goods entering and leaving the warehouse
- Ensuring all goods in the warehouse are labelled and stored safely, neatly and correctly.
- Being available to deliver to site when required.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods.
- Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed safely, accurately and on time to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle safety, compliance and customer presentation at all times.
- Ensure the safe and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
- Manage waste, minimise cost and maximise recycling
