Job Overview
We are an outsourced sales and marketing company, this means we don’t sell our own products or services, instead we represent and work on behalf of our clients. We do this through our face-to-face approach in event settings. Our main objective is to build our clients’ customer base.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Providing high quality customer service.
- Carrying out basic sales.
- Processing sales through in house systems.
- Promoting client brand.
- Handling objections, queries and questions.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your sales and customer service skills.
