Job Overview
Cambuslang based laundry are seeking a dedicated Laundry Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and hygienic handling of laundry within their facility.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Collect, sort, and process laundry items in accordance with established procedures.
- Operate laundry machinery such as washers, dryers, and folding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all laundry is cleaned to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area at all times.
- Assist with the transportation of clean linen to designated storage areas or departments.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Record laundry activities accurately as part of operational documentation.

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory.
