Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Processing daily supplier invoices using Sage 200
- Goods receipting and matching to purchase orders
- Monitoring and managing the accounts inbox
- Completing regular statement reconciliations
- Filing and maintaining accurate records
- Handling supplier queries and communications
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Supporting the wider finance team as required
- Processing supplier payment runs
- Checking and validating delivery notes
- Maintaining supplier records and documentation

Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required
- Previous experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable (desirable)
