Job Overview
As Functions & Banqueting Supervisor you will report to the Functions & Banqueting Manager within the venue and work alongside the Wedding and Events Sales Team to deliver our packages in an operational capacity.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Leading your team on shift to achieve high standards of service during our functions and events.
- Scheduling your team to ensure you have the correct capacity to deliver our weddings and events effectively.
- Liaising with the Wedding and Events Team to ensure an effective plan is in place prior to functions to ensure operational success.
- Shared responsibility for training and development of the Front of House Team complying with Health & Safety standards.
- This list is not exhaustive and other ad hoc tasks may be required which will be discussed with you in advance.
