Stunning venue is seeking an Assistant Wedding & Events Manager.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Leading your team on shift to achieve high standards of service during our Functions and Events.
- Scheduling your team to ensure you have the correct capacity to deliver our Weddings and Events effectively.
- Liaising with the Wedding and Events Team to ensure an effective plan is in place prior to Functions to ensure operational success.
- Shared responsibility for Training and Development of the Front of House Team
- Complying with Health & Safety Standards.
- This list is not exhaustive and other adhoc tasks may be required, and will be dis-cussed with you in advance.

- Leadership skills to motivate and manage your team.
- Confidence in liaising with other heads of departments to deliver what the client requires.

- Ability to be flexible and respond to last minute requests, changes and problems that occur.
- Direct experience working in an operational capacity to deliver wedding and events packages desirable.
