Job Overview
A public sector organisation in Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit an Administrator for an initial 9-month contract. This role will be hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office.
The team operates a rota system to ensure cover during the hours of 08:30 – 17:00 you will be required to participate in this
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- To build and maintain good working relationships with professional colleagues internally and externally.
- Responsible for managing your own casework ensuring your tasks are completed timeously and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain mailboxes for teams within the Directorate.
- Processing permanent and temporary Traffic Regulation Orders, abnormal load applications, Damage to Crown property cases and third-party claims.
- Required to become proficient in all tasks carried out by the team and take on ad hoc long and / or short-term tasks to support the team or colleagues in the Directorate, as and when required.
