As part of our Making it Work For Parents programme we are hosting a summer event for children & parents where you can come along & take part in some exciting, interactive activities! It’s fun, FREE & the kids will love it!

What events are taking place?

• Snacks and drinks will be provided

What does the Making it Work for Parents programme do?
Are you a lone parent? A parent with a health condition or disability? Perhaps the parent of a disabled child? Our aim is to assist you to realise your potential and support you to overcome any barriers you may have and progress into further education, training or employment.

We will:

• Give you access to 1-2-1 support with your own key worker
• Plan a way ahead with a set action plan specific to your needs
• Support you to access suitable childcare provision
• Help with financial advice on debt and budgeting your income
• Offer support to enable you to maintain positive physical and mental health
• Assist you with finding training and long term sustainable employment opportunities
